General Terms and Conditions

  1. Booking Confirmation:

    • All consultations are subject to confirmation upon successful booking. You will receive a confirmation email with session details, including the date, time, and virtual meeting link.

  2. Confidentiality:

    • All discussions during the consultation are private and will not be shared with third parties without your consent, except as required by law.

  3. Scope of Advice:

    • The consultation provides general guidance based on the information you share. It does not constitute legal, financial, or other professional advice. For specific legal or financial matters, please consult a qualified professional.

Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy

  1. Cancellation by You:

    • If you need to cancel your consultation, please notify me at least 24 hours in advance. You can cancel via the booking confirmation email or by contacting me directly.

    • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the session may not be eligible for rescheduling.

  2. Rescheduling by You:

    • You may reschedule your session up to 24 hours before the consultation time using the booking platform or by contacting me directly.

  3. Cancellation by Me:

    • In rare circumstances where I need to cancel or reschedule your session, I will notify you as soon as possible and offer an alternative time that works for you.

No-Show Policy

  1. Free Consultations:

    • If you do not attend a scheduled free consultation without prior notice, you will have one opportunity to reschedule. Any subsequent no-shows will not be eligible for rescheduling.

  2. Paid Consultations:

    • If you do not attend a paid consultation without prior notice, the session will be marked as a no-show, and no refunds will be issued.

Payment Policy (For Paid Consultations, If Applicable)

  1. Payment Confirmation:

    • Payment must be made at the time of booking to confirm your session. Accepted payment methods will be detailed during the booking process.

  2. Refund Policy:

    • Refunds are available for cancellations made at least 24 hours before the consultation time. No refunds will be issued for cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance or for no-shows.

Technical Issues

  1. Your Responsibility:

    • Ensure you have a stable internet connection and access to the meeting platform before the session starts.

    • If you experience technical difficulties during the consultation, please notify me immediately.

  2. My Responsibility:

    • If technical issues on my end disrupt the session, I will reschedule the consultation at no additional cost.

Limitation of Liability

  • I am not liable for any decisions or actions you take based on the guidance provided during the consultation. You are responsible for evaluating and implementing any advice offered.
